grow yoga chicago was born from the belief that the body holds everything. and that movement, breath, and stillness can help us release what we've been carrying. each class is thoughtfully designed to regulate your nervous system, rebuild strength from the inside out, and reconnect you to the quiet wisdom already living within you.

maura daley
— founder & yoga instructor
maura stepped onto her mat for the first time in 1999 and felt something she hadn't expected: she felt like herself. more than two decades later, she's devoted her life to helping others find that same sense of coming home.
a yoga alliance 200-hour registered teacher, maura has trained with the chicago yoga center, corepower yoga, and the yoga education college (founded by eddie stern).
she is currently pursuing an 875-hour yoga therapy certification through breathing deeply, an IAYT-accredited program — deepening her understanding of yoga as a genuine pathway to healing.
her classes are grounded, slow, and deeply human. she teaches not to perfect your posture, but to help you reconnect with your body as a place of safety, strength, and rest.
