about the team
maura daley, founder + yoga instructor
maura daley is a chicago-based yoga instructor with over 25 years of experience. her yoga journey began in 1999, when stepping onto the mat felt like coming home. a yoga alliance 200 ryt, maura’s training includes certifications from the chicago yoga center, core power yoga, and advanced studies with the yoga education college, founded by eddie stern.
maura approaches yoga as a moving meditation and creates a warm, inclusive space where students explore their practice with curiosity and compassion. her classes emphasize presence, encouraging students to carry strength and clarity from the mat into daily life.
